Before using Social Spy you will have to configure it to use your web account information. This username and password is specified on your order receipt.

To set your Social Spy account settings, click on "Settings" then "Configure Social Spy Account". Once you enter your username and password, click OK to save. Now you will be able to start monitoring your computer with Social Spy.

If you change your Social Spy password in the future using Social Spy's online control panel you will also need to reconfigure your account settings within the Social Spy software.
